Un p'ti mot

Ran into this Scottish dude hiking up La Bastille today. He was short and stalky with a healthy gut, maybe my age, maybe a little older... Told me he was testing out his new pace-maker. I laughed and he said he was serious. Thing is, the guy was taking the stairs, really wanted to test the thing out. That's about 500 metres of steps, steep all the way up. I asked him how it felt and he said, "So far so good". I wished him good luck then moved on.

I tell you one thing, there better not be a dead Scotsman in my way when I hike up tomorrow.
