Champagne and Caviar Tears

Sixteen months ago we moved to France. Twenty days ago I was riding the subway in Toronto reading my horoscope in Eye Weekly. Two days ago I was up in Le Vercors cultivating and out of my mind emotional on New Purple Power, Bubble Gum and Northern Lights (eleven plants in total, all over 2 1/2 metres). Yesterday I found out that Richard Hammond from Top Gear is seriously ill in hospital with head injuries. Last night we had a couple of drinks with and said goodbye to my former Chef de Projet, our favorite locatrice and their beautiful little girl. Tonight we are throwing a 'Farewell to France' party at our place. Tomorrow we will start packing up our stuff. Tuesday the movers come. Wednesday is The Kats last day at work. Thursday we leave for Barcelona. November 9th we fly home from London...
